I received the wrong size first, I sat down with Metal Masters and easily available have to be replaced. All communications and shipping only took a few days. Originally I bought this ring (size 13) as an occasional ring for my spouse. His other is platinum, and too sensitive to wear to work. The ring is not like the picture. It was more like a water plant. It was much stiffer and a little darker, and to a lesser extent than represented. I gave him one just for the quick delivery and return facile.Rating note: 2 / 5
