After two weeks, he suddenly gave a warning of low power and shutdown, although it is plugged in the charger switched on, but not load the machine. Since I can not turn to the hard drive of course, I can not go without pay in order to delete them. What a pile of junk. Get a Mac! (I did not.) Rating: 1 / 5
Had two bad experiences – ASUS first came to a standstill in the lower right corner of the screen. Small but still a dead spot. Back and waited for the replacement. He came and Windows 7 is not installed properly and can not be repaired. Think I’ll switch to another brand. Rating: 1 / 5
I have a lot of research before buying this netbook. I watched the same models others have found before a decision on 1005PE. I had the computer for more than two weeks and am just with 1G RAM. The computer works like a dream! When I found myself fully leased office and then the battery is completely empty. I have also uninstalled unnecessary programs, and protection against viruses for free (just google search and check your choice for CNET to be downloaded. Com). I have the background in the menu on the Eee PC back (on the screen, the manual gives instructions for this). I was very impressed by the following: There can be multiple programs running simultaneously, the image on the screen is beautiful, plays video online big, it is so light, the fan is very quiet, I have not had the heat on me, keep the battery for more than 8 hours, I have almost never the charger with me (a big plus to produce for a Netbook), the sound is very impressive for such a small computer, and during the installation, I contacted ASUS a question and they were polite, professional and useful! I will not lie, the keypad a little getting used to, but overall it was easier to type in comparison to all other models I was looking for. I followed the advice of someone who knows how to have – so glad I do because I do not have fingerprints. I (and also want to use) Netbook for school / work / travel and choose on my laptop a lot bigger and heavier use at home. Rating: 5 / 5
I’ve had this for a week, but I was pretty happy. It starts quickly and the battery life decent, but not 10 hours. For netbooks, the keyboard is a good size. Complaints about the stains on the case are well prises.Je ‘ll update this when I say nothing more that I would utile.MISE UPDATE, 17 March 2010: I think the product have registered. The ASUS website is terrible – very confusing and poorly designed. I hope this is not a bad omen for the service.N “who has ideas for removing burrs? You begin to annoy me big time. Rating: 4 / 5
