Let me explain: Dr. Barnard advocates vegetarianism and nutrition 4 four groups: cereals, pulses, vegetables and fruits. This is of course excluded meat and dairy products. From personal experience alone, I agree that this type of diet does not feel better, manage weight, not because dairy products, meat does not, however.
