This is a great piece of equipment. But Amazon Prime free shipping cost me $ 105. 00 and I tried to cancel my order, Amazon would not stop. I bought the pole for use with P90X and he played exactly as advertised. It is very robust and does not move, even with my weight lbs 210. Rating: 5.4
