I bought the product with high hopes that he would contribute to urological problems of my cat, drink plenty of water to prevent blockages. I have nothing against the filters, or supplier of these filters to say. They were sent immediately. However, I bought the filters in an arrangement with the fountain. The supplier of the fountain was KV Veterinary Supplies Nebraska. They canceled the order because an error “price” and then try to raise the price on me. So, now I have filters, but not trout. Be aware of KV Vet Supply. They can give you a lot about their Amazon page, but if they cancel the order and rising prices, Amazon has absolutely no customer service for help. Bad deal all around.
