I purchassed this new product from the Amazon 200w garimn was out of the box new and not after the call to Garmin to work and put on ice for more than 15 minutes i was told it was not something that could be something, because I had to send it back to my expenss and replace them with new, it is not that I am entitled to pay for a new recession, and should again be replaced at a refurbiss.
