Do you already have experience with the standards of customer service gateway. To report a problem for about eight months after purchase (different model), and was told that the replacement cost of a part single / assemblies would me $ 200, plus shipping both ways. Previous contacts were not positive – support is in India, not necessarily bad, but I found the people with whom I had spoken little about the answers, offer seemed scripted. Rating: 5.1
I bought this computer and gave it back. I had great difficulty typing on the computer (I am entering a number and Peck). The keypad is quite flat, with no distinction from one key to another, and very little space between the keys. This alone was not a factor rupture.Je the way in which the two keys left and right click an extension to the front of the computer. Sure, it looks good, but it can click the buttons with your fingers to find much difficile.L other negative point is the power supply. It is placed at the end of the adapter, but the difficulty is that there is a universal adapter and two prong U.S. plug adapter is an adapter that is attached to the universal power supply. The U.S. plug attachment is thicker than the power supply and is still thicker than the computer. The power plug into the side as the computer, the lateral pressure on the small plug in AC is assigned. (The Dell cards, for example, directly in the back) Overall, I liked the quality and price vs. speed and memory of the computer, but the keyboard is easy to handle and I returned the computer for the seller. Even if we have a desktop computer I need the netbook to be effective and to maximize my time. This laptop is portable and does everything my laptop any more. I go to school and take this lightweight, portable with me to school is to transport so much easier and I do not lose the options that my laptop has more.
