I’ve tried (by email) to a contact to establish the bag again. It would be a beige color and it is a khaki green. How can I exchange it? Rating: 5.1

My bag broke a week after I got it, I sent it back that I paid. The people told me they would give me a good return and never, but they told me I should not pay extra, so we’ll see if I can be reimbursed for these costs included. Rating: 5.1
