The book is OK and I like the way is written. The parameters are also attractive. What I had trouble understanding what and who I had to worry about the story was the time I had to justify to read it. Worse, at the end and after he read it, I still can not answer this question. Rating: 5.3
(This is an ARC, so it is not the final version.) I loved the book and think that the script was really good. Akira was almost a saint. I probably would have strangled Bryce. ,) The characters were great, and the action was great, but I want to change some things about the book. There were few places in the book that I have spoken, rather than in passing be noted later. It seemed that there were possibilities in the book the tension or create a different feeling and there was not a scene for the game. It was just mentioned later in the day or week. In addition, some of the scenes might well have been a little longer term than they were. What if they catch the bad guy, it’s a bit too fast for me. Me think it has tons of potential and I look forward to reading the final version! Rating: 5.4
I LOVE Scottish novels, and I can not find non-Christians on the shelf. So when I saw Highland Blessings and read the book jacket as Akira is kidnapped on her wedding day, I had my hands on it. Let me tell you, not disappoint Jennifer Hudson Taylor. kidnapped after a Highland Warrior fighting to get into the mud on Scottish soil, falling in love with the enemy, it was a great escape from everyday life. The first novel by Jennifer Hudson Taylor is a pleasant stroll in the medieval period. The heroine is forced to marry in a hostile tribe, forming a peaceful alliance between two tribes in the hilly region of Scotland. But even this gloomy scenario takes another turn when Taylor weaves an exciting story of romance, intrigue, action and the message of faith, a clever way. As the trade in young Akira with the situation keeps you thumb. I eagerly await the next book by Taylor. (And I loved the cover!) Rating: 5.4
