To go on the hunt the last 50 pages of the book. The research reported in the book is clear, and I am sure that the book somewhat difficult to reconstruct. To change the search for life reading a book or just the last 50 pages. Side note. . . . The authors are not so important to recognize the prayer before the meal was a huge turn off for me as a Christian. It recognizes not only that God has made arrangements to eat, but also shows respect for the person who made the food. The author has no recognze / change the time families sit together for dinner, but this part of the work could easily be added How Chrisitian and other denominations, a pause to thank for their repas.Quand will be for the next book on this subject, I must Skip to other books by this author. Simply not enough fun for my goût.Rating: 1 / 5

I’ve always loved books that make vegetables appetizing, too. It’s great to be reminded to eat well. Unfortunately, this book is peppered with doses in the course of evolution. I thought the claim that our ancestors was spontaneous vitamin C in their bodies a real stretch. I could have done without the made-up stuff. Rating: 1 / 5

Nutritionists often change their minds as new evidence in. So, for Pollan, we should not pay more attention to them. Doctors and nuclear scientists sometimes change their opinion – we should also ignore let their thoughts? It is true that the health of Americans has in some respects in recent decades are – eg. The alarming increase in obesity. Pollan suggests that damn nutritionist also. To forget to eat – eg. the larger portions and Recreation for the super-sizing reduces the physical effort in our daily lives, and ignores the advice of nutritionists, Universal (avoidance of animal fats, eat a balanced meal, etc.). Pollan would (also a sin?) The increase of heart disease to nutritionists – but what about the fact that he is? “In Defense of Food” can not be defended – too much hair-splitting logic and absurd. I can not believe that nutritionists and marketers that use them will not / can not be improved, such as food -. Niacin added to bread, iodine in salt, etc., we know just enough to give as good as in animals for scientific experiments is often not necessary or possible to mass. Rating: 1 / 5

The book is amazing, but hello Amazon & Mr. Bezos. . . As the digital version is more expensive in paperback? The amazing how monopolies act as a monopolist. Rating: 1 / 5

The book came on time and in good shape, but show a total waste of time. It was just too wordy and does not say much. The words were used as filler in foods. I do not recommend it for everyone to read. Rating: 1 / 5
