I’m not a big guy (5’9 “140), but ear plugs are a bit too small even for my ear. Although its use is far better than nothing, even if it drives them to go n t ‘create a perfect seal. Again a proper seal, but not much. One millimeter diameter additional rings would probably do it. Rating: 5.3
