Although Melissa and Doug products are known for their quality, this book was a disappointment. I wanted for my son who is learning the basic forms and is also interested in clocks. However, most forms of this product are not the basic shapes that the children learn (square, rectangle, etc.), and the clock is small and uninteresting. I went to Amazon about this product. As a math teacher and mother of two girls, I was horrified that my four years a couple of minutes playing with this issue, noted that the shape of the Pentagon was reached “6″ and the hexagonal form was marked “5″. I called the company immediately and was informed that it intends to receive a complaint at the time, but the design. When the hexagon have been properly marked “6″, they said, children could then place the shape on the head and he would then read: a “9″. However, there is the face of the clock on the correct number of cuts so that the children check their work thus printed. Moreover, this is not the first time that confuse the children ’6 ‘and ’9′, which is what learning is. Children would be better served by Melissa and Doug would be the hour “dial geometric side” approach to ignore that they do not carry through with all issues in each case, and only a design-time clock for teaching time and not complicate it with an inaccurate secondary function. I dare not even imagine how many children will thank you mislearn pentagon and hexagon on the clock. Rating: 1 / 5

I do not buy this product because the Pentagon has a 6 on it, and the hexagon, it has 5 on. Rating: 2 / 5

The color chips (even together with Melissa and Doug items), which is dangerous for children, especially those “taste” everything. Too many pieces. Rating: 1 / 5

My child received this toy for Christmas, even though we requested no toys made in China. I do my research that I am not too obsessive and determined that it has accurate clock in Europe last year, recalled for lead paint. Melissa & Doug toys manufactured in China and feel the need to test them in China, and yet they came to the United States to ensure the safety of toys. We return this horloge.Nous also have a puzzle to them, and a lawn mower manual. The puzzle makes animal noises when anyone in their vicinity, so we removed the battery. The lawnmower was done wrong and must always be put back together, so that my child can play with him. I think the MD toys have good intentions but poor execution. Rating: 2 / 5
