I am furious about this product. I bought 3 and I am now stuck with them. My husband accidentally dropped a table and shattered like glass. It was the first time he is! Durable, I do not think so! The whole reason to buy Nalgene is known for its durability, this new material does not hold. Rating: 5.1

I recently bought some of these colored polycarbonate containers to take a hike, and it worked great. I was blissfully unaware that earned his starting point Nalgene cages of laboratory and other laboratory equipment. Then for no apparent reason, I decided the web for more information on polycarbonate (Lexan and Nalgene search are trademarks for products manufactured from it) and now I have decided to again have good old hiker from polyethylene used for decades. Here’s why: Assembly strongly suggests that bisphenol A (a compound that flows out of polycarbonate in food containers, such as polycarbonate Lexan or Nalgene brand is stored) is a common human endocrine disruptor with many serious side effects health, even in small doses far below those permitted under the applicable U.S. regulations. For more information or read Nalgene wikipediadotcom ourstolenfuturedotcom (I wrote the addresses to delete in this way to avoid spam link to Amazon, but I’m sure you understand). Rating: 5.1

The bottle is very durable and easy to use. But reading through the use of the Internet most BPA containing bottles recycling figures 3,6, 7 on the bottom of the bottle. I bought this bottle think it was BPA free and look at the number of recovery, there is the number 7 So I quit. I’m surprised they sell it as a bottle of BPA. Amazon.com city should continue to identify and prevent misleading claims Rating: 5.1

These things weigh 3-4 ounces per piece. They are sometimes difficult to drink (big mouth) and the cover is a pain (hits you in the nose if you do not have) Here’s an idea, buy a Aquafina (or any other brand) bottle at the filling station or service 7-11. The bottle weighs only 1 5 ounces, is nearly indestructible and comes with water! Problem solved. Rating: 5.3

It’s great that it is BPA free. Good reputation Nalgene.Mais I’m all about the design of a bottle: confused. Word of mouth “deep” is so broad that you can not drink without spilling the contents all over the chin and chest. Forget the drink bottle in the car. In addition, the edge of the opening is sorta high. . . for a container with water potable.2. The bottle is too large to be in a standard car cup holder (it is the width of a bottle of wine fit), so it is probably too wide to fit in a bike bottle cage. Who would have thought that was a wise decision design? 3rd The rubber cap holder must be manually key when you drink from the bottle, if you do not, you will get dinked in the face. In addition, the bottle is so big that you use at the end with both hands to drink it! Wow, I’m really impressionné.Note: 5.2
