The product is very good, what it should be. However, it is my personal preference for using free weights. The tapes appear in the way sometimes when I do, then engage when the weights are not free. Do not spend too much money on expensive tapes. These are good bands. I wish they had a numerical value of the range of the weight on the handles though. Rating: 3 / 5
I like a lot with the bands. Good resistance variation. Two things: they were not labeled, and most are obvious, I can hardly the difference between the two easier. The other is that in the first week, I spent one of the groups making lawn mowers. I was struck by how the track if I exercise now. I found it is better to double for the bands to discuss.
