The product is very good for what it should be. However, it is my personal preference to use free weights. The bands seem to come in the way sometimes when I do an exercise where no free weights. Do not spend too much money on expensive tapes. These tapes are of good quality. I wish they would have a numerical value of the range of the weight on their handles. Rating: 5.3
I bought these tapes for use with P90X However, the use of only two weeks, ripped handles most of the different bands and could not resist the exercises that I had to do with them Rating: 5.2
I use strips of P90X, and the heavy band broke just slightly below the handle. From the first use, I saw fading and, I decided to worry, I thought it was just a result of stretching but now I can reasonably expect that the bands website at any time if they are white also. A shame, because they were working very well until this morning. Rating: 5.2
