This is not so much a product (I) never received, it is your shipping policy. I live in an area that is not delivered in the mail from the United States. I must be a p. o. box. UPS and FedEx are ok. If you order the Amazon can not tell you how you receive your order, it’s just luck if you get it. After several phone calls and emails undeliverable, I get conflicting information from people who your Customer Service (such as barley English) and speaks for another 2 weeks to solve a problem. I do not want with Amazon in the future if this problem is solved. Rating: 1 / 5

Another technically functional replacement ink cartridge from HP. Works fine. Promises nothing of life, performance, capacity, or any other characteristic except its color and is suitable for your HP printer. Oh, and if you buy Brand X instead of mine that will explode your printer, the destruction of the earth and the things all his life, plus the warranty is void. Did I mention it was expensive? On 4/10/09 I bought this back. The agenda was never received by the receiver, but my credit card was charged. The receiver and I contacted Amazon. com, but because it is sold by Infinite-Surplus, Amazon has not been able to solve the problem. Amazon makes it as our responsibility to contact the supplier to resolve this problem. I think if it is your experience with Amazon good. com, they are responsive, but if there is a problem, they will solve the vendor dump.
