When Is good, but it took too long to receive. Thus the only star in the Amazon. com. I bought several products from Amazon in the past without any problems until I bought the Otter Box Defender. I bought it online on the 9th January and still no access to the product of 20th January. I called Amazon customer service and all they could tell me was that on 13 Delivered in January and would likely to 22 January, delivered. That’s almost 2 weeks after I bought it! The REP CS could not explain the advantage of a snail’s pace of product, could not excuse it. This is not acceptable for something that is not in stock. If the product is not available Amazom, customers must provide information about the delay, but this was not the case in my situation. I will seriously consider purchasing my next move at Amazon. I ordered a Otter Box at Amazon and came with a beautiful 4-color guide. Article 3 has been instructed to remove the clear protective plastic on the inside of the screen. I tried to remove the coating for about 20 minutes without success, until I decided to take an X-acto knife to another edge in the yellow box shell, see if the lack of scratches. I had no chance. I then tried various corners – no luck. Then I called Otter. It seems there is no coating, and the orders for an earlier version had been included in the product. I asked her if she would send me a new field, because I am one, in which there are no notes (yes, I have done) to try to remove the wanted non-coverage of the existing protection. Nice people – they gave me a new boîte.Je then went forward to see how the Assembly worked together. Again, I’ve tried and tried, but my iPhone does not fit easily into otters. Otter Then I called again and it seems that the 3G models and different fields require 3GS Otter as the original iPhone – who knows? But here she is again me the right model for my iPhone 3G. Like I said – people sympathiques.À receipt of the new right size for Otter removed without protective coating, I cleaned my iPhone with a cloth and place it in the yellow plastic box, put the black rubber cap on it and then I have the whole assembly in the carrier tape. The only problem now is that the holster belt does not even otter box – it falls out directly without any effort! I bought the Otter Box, because I am in construction and in a shop, and I wanted protection for my iPhone. Of course, if the Otter Box Assembly with the iPhone is directly from the case – what’s the point?
