When Mai to be OK, but it took too long to receive. Thus the only star in the Amazon. com. I bought several products from Amazon in the past without any problems until I bought the Otter Box Defender. I bought it online on the 9th January and still no access to the product of 20th January. I called Amazon customer service and all they could tell me was that on 13 Delivered in January and would likely to 22 January, delivered. That’s almost 2 weeks after I bought it! The REP CS could not explain the advantage of a snail’s pace of product, could not excuse it. This is not acceptable for something that is not in stock. If the product is not available Amazom, customers must provide information about the delay, but this was not the case in my situation. I will seriously consider purchasing my next move at Amazon. The product does not work as promised. . . not fit it to my iPhone 3G, it was to go back. Amazon was quickly back to the refund. . Rating: 1 / 5
I must say that this is not all it’s cracked up to be. If I actually receive the product, the clip was so I have not really been in a position the product as intended, can be used. The real case for the phone is in order. Best Buy just started, the Otter Box, if I only repeat to buy and hope for the best.
