I paid in full yet, I received my item. They sent me information that I find the nearest UPS location to get my item, even if all my items are sent to me without a fight think this seller to spend the needs of customers, time to find them anywhere package. I love this thing Blinky. It is brighter than the lighthouse, I bought for my bike. I like the flashing or constant options. I am in her office so brilliant that when I am to stand like driving a flashing red light seems more than a constant. Rating: 4 / 5
