Do not buy this book is a total loss. I bought this book and read it recently. Style of writing is weak, descriptions of the locations are random and uncertain, protrayal character is blurred. Above all, he seems to be a big problem on the Japanese race. He attacked and humiliated painless character Kumagai no reason. It is so bitter that the Japanese man makes me sick. Rating: 5.1

I thought this book would be a great legal thriller, but I did not know the worst book I will ever read. I expected a lot from Scott Turow, who wrote, “The One”, which I loved, but this book was boring plan. The beginning started slowly and never has it from there! The worst of Legal Thriller Never! Funny how Hollywood can turn a book into a seemingly dull company an exciting film. Here is an example from the other. Turow’s writing is so boring and lifeless as a legal brief. Not surprising when you consider that there is a lawyer turned writer. Turow characters are two dimensional, with little redeeming value. I found myself sympathizing with any of them. My interest in people as a whole in this book makes reading boring (to say nothing of all the internal dialogue was going on in some characters). If you must read this book, not money for them. Borrow from your local library. Better yet. . . Do not waste time reading. . . Just watch the movie (with Harrison Ford, Raul Julia, Brian Dennehy, etc etc). Out of peace. Rating: 5.2

It is rare that movies more than books. IP is one of them. Take care not to read it if you’ve seen the film. Rating: 5.1
