They sell it as “a game of five new premium latex resistance bands cords Tubes W / free door anchor and training instructions.” The premium is highly questionable, no door was anchor, and the manual is barely a page. Rating: 5.3

It may be a little premature to rate this product seems, as I did myself for about a week. For this reason, I can not at this moment, how the tapes will be sustainable. On the other hand, I can say that the game seems very well built, with handles attached for each group comrfortable (believe me, after no change is in the grip into your exercise routine funny!). The tapes clearly show that the different “weight” when I switch from one color to another. I have been using the tapes every day and so far I am very happy with them. I call it “I will travel to the gym.” I am currently I brought w / me on a weekend in order to ensure that I keep the pace. I use a resistance band arm, but you can on the way by looking at a different group, for more stability. I agree, if the handles are awkward to hold the two together will be a challenge. Rating: 5.5
