This album rocks. I could hear the song ten times a day. All their songs have so much meaning. The singer’s voice is very moving, true, and full of authenticity. I’ve learned to see them live in Mar del fair, and they are living so much better. I recommend tous.Rating Album: 5 / 5
As a fan since the beginning, I’m looking forward to the new album Lifehouse for some time and was getting shocked by the release date pushed a few times. But now he has finally arrived, it was totally worth the wait. Admittedly, this is not their absolute best work to date, but they managed new things, get some music that I thought really interesting, although they do not strayed too far from the “typical sound Lifehouse” We all know and love. First, you may notice Singing guitarist Bryce Soderberg are prominenly appear much here on the last album, the song “Wrecking Ball” all sung by him and is what I ‘call it “the right thing.” I also understand that some fans of the self-tuning are disgusted to be on the track “Here Tomorrow, Gone Today”, but used sparingly and is in the sense of the song and works very well. In fact, I would say to me, that is a real highlight of the album. Singer Jason Wade and Bryce alternating verses and it is really the most catchiest opening song on the CD. To classify in any way, what I call “techno” or “dance”, so do not let that discourage exaggerated reports, listen to him, even if it is a bit more pop-oriented. And what an album without a ballad Lifehouse really good? In this case, I suppose, “It Is What It Is” is ultimately one that is fair to rank there with bands like “quote You and Me” and “Breathing”, to another reviewer on. Otherwise, the album is usually a mid-tempo beat with a festival of percussion guitar, which is nice, but why there is not much in the way of the truly great “Rockers” is here. My only complaint, if a minor is that the album takes a while to take shape, and really get your attention. I assume that each record for at least three or four songs that will be called to fill the right, but then put them all in a row at the beginning and there is not the best impression right away mice. But the time you reach the “Halfway Gone,” the anthem of the popular radio, the rest of the album is just unbelievable. I also think that the addition of Musicians Ben Carey, the (formerly of Savage Garden oomph run) a little more polish and earlier versions of the first group, just a bit. So yes, I would recommend this album, because even if a small part of it comes out as a shy and forgettable, what they get is just awesome. Rating: 4 / 5
There are many positive things to Smoke & Mirrors, Lifehouse fifth album in a decade. But I can not help but closer to something for the band’s music, I noticed before, and is particularly strong in this version.Je ve “in love with Lifehouse due to the slow, intimate songs like like” Simon “,” Somewhere In Between “and” Everything “. I felt the connection and closeness Jason had with these songs, and I found the pulse, ethereal synths are the perfect backdrop for his performance of the passion of their melodies and lyrics Moody. In the absence Name Face, but three songs ( “You and Me,” “Broken” and “Storm”) had a similar effect. I was anticipating Smoke & Mirrors, hoping for something that is resonating with moi.Le This entry similar to the last group effort that we can find. The idea that about half of the book capture the atmosphere of a show is it not equally true that Lifehouse would have you believe. A couple of songs a bit more of a serious edge to them, but we also have some rocker. The best songs of high energy prices for me is the opener “All In.” The chorus is very intense and it is certainly one of the best tracks on the album. The next track, “The nerve damage” has a fascinating rhythm and some feel alive, but most of the other tracks are very tight and polished studio to perfection (almost perfect) for the occasion. The sound is powerful and super crunchy. These melodies are very catchy and melodic. This is a very good pop-rock album. All Lifehouse fan for a record to get more optimistic about their wish. There is not a dull song in the federal government. However, I am of the opinion that these songs are a bit forced and should be developed instead of Inspiration was born. Today, funky, electronic, “Here, Gone Tomorrow” is not my cup of tea, but fans can enjoy some Lifehouse hearing something a little different. Two songs tell me a bit is more than others, and previously published data, the 2007 digital single, “From Where You Are”. The other is the relationship Surefire hit “It Is What It Is … it’s “You and Me” album, and most likely also affected people … It’s very relatable and Jason, she sings better than he sings a song ici.Même others if I do not like the album, it’s disappointing for me, there is no “Simon’s” and “Somewhere In Between ‘s in the case is. Not even a “broken” or “Storm”. Although I believe this album will do as commercially viable today, I am concerned, they will not be able to keep me, I would espéré.Rating: 3 / 5
There are things that I heard during my years music. Third Eye Blind is always top their first album, is twenty matchbox, and the same can be said for Los Angeles pop-rockers Lifehouse. That is, this latest effort is closer than all its previous versions and is a tribute to the perseverance of the band that actually go back to steam up to ten years after his “history. This album is by far the most depth to it Compared to earlier versions of “Who We Are,” playing Stanley Climbfall “and that the 2005 self-titled effort. The album as follows: 1-All rises in 9 / 10Versets rhythmic development of a well-tempo chorus. This is a hear good way to start the album and is sure a great track on direct.2. The nerve damage, 7 / 10Quand j ‘I heard the intro of the song, I thought I could hear, “Pretender Foo Fighters’.” The song builds up a bit, but it is one of the weakest songs on the album because it really does not hook you drag in3. Had Enough-10.10Surefire third single in my opinion. Great verses mixed with strong backing vocals to a very catchy chorus. This is a real toe Tapper that another song is great to hear direct.4. Half-Gone-8 / 10Apr hearing all the other songs on this album, it is surprising that it was chosen as the first single. The melody is very catchy and uptempo but lacks the hooks of some of the other unique and catchy. But even a song that makes great-sounding music on the radio in moment.5. It Is What It Is 10.10Si is possible, I give this song a 12 Is there with “Broken” and “Simon” for me as one of my favorite songs Lifehouse. Different beat digitally in many ways than any other song by Lifehouse (style to make it similar to what you hear hit song of OneRepublic “Apologize”) and in other very similar (and) ridiculously amazing lyrics catchy hooks, is a remarkable example of what I have to be totally shocked if they are not released as a single. Relatable, catchy, emotional, Jason Wade is at his best on this track. If a single song on this album download plan is good! 6th From Where You Are-9 / 10Love this song was, and initially upset that he took a job on the new album as this track in its exact form is available on iTunes for over a year I feel more and more that it fits well and complements the collection includes more than they lead us away from him. A slow acoustic ballad that is filled with emotions is that this book is an example of Lifehouse millésime .7. Smoke & Mirrors 7 / 10Midtempo tune that has a growth potential on the handset. you feel a slight vibration of the countries of this song during couplets.8. Falling in-9 / intro 10ans a simple acoustic guitar strumming and Jason Wade is singing, this song has a solid mid-tempo air with very catchy hooks based. This is a nice love song, easy and great to fois.9. Wrecking Ball 7 / 10Ne get me wrong, I like the voice of Bryce but I do not like it as much as Jason, so I’m still undecided how I feel about this song because it’s d first dealing with Bryce singing on a track Lifehouse. Maybe the song is probably his voice, this song just not get in touch and the other for moi.10. Here Today Gone Tomorrow-6 / 10Auto-listening digitized and Lifehouse is not the world to live in. So I need them props for trying something new, I hope that this mid-tempo track will be scanned, the last of its kind that applies this experience as a failure of these relecteur.11 reserved. By Your Side 9 / 10ans other solid mid tempo with nice lyrics and chorus solides.12 ballad. In your skin, 8 / 10Uptempo rock consistent with rhythmic drum beats and catchy verse, the next 4 tracks are on the deluxe version, but they are certainly upgrade dollars.13. All That I ask for-9 / 10Aurait had replaced “Here Today Gone Tomorrow” on the main album on my album this track is a must for any fan of Lifehouse. nice mid-tempo ballad that is perfectly equipped with amazing choruses and lyrics sincères.14. Crash & Burn-8 / 10ans other mid-tempo number catchy.15. Everything (Live In Studio) – 8 / 10Semblable to the version of “Storm” from their latest album face that is not as good as the original, but it’s good to know that Lifehouse has not forgotten the affinity of their fans this song incroyable.16. Near Life Experience, 7 / 10Cette song a little bit folk, Bob Dylan’s mood. If you like this kind of music do you like this song because it sings the slow pace and Jason Wade holds Dylan in a very esque track throughout versets.Pour this, the 7 songs with a value of 9 or higher, which is certainly not been the case with earlier versions of First Lifehouse (Lifehouse Check out my if you want even more evidence). There are some missing, but they are more than by the great variety of music Top Tier offset scattered by “Smoke & Mirrors.” The future is bright for Lifehouse, and this album is sure to be spinning off the radio for years to come.
