I bought a Sony Cybershot (DSC-W290), mainly because it records 720p video (MPEG4). I took some clips and a Memory Stick Pro Duo PS3 (Sony and HDTV). It recognizes all my pictures, but video files are empty. Videos or other standard 720p or fine not appear in the folder to play. Only the recorded video is low resolution (VGA) and shows the ability to play them (I was experimenting with the inclusion of the 3 options). I called Sony customer service camera and they told me to use a memory stick, what else has) (various brands, but the same results. They told me that something is wrong with my PS3 and said I should contact customer service PS3. I do not like how the picture quality or are not able to zoom while recording is a big problem. I am very disappointed with Sony decided to go down this path because I have Sony digital camera from 2004 that you can zoom in during recording, so I do not understand why she took this big step backwards.
