Although litter came in Styrofoam with another item I ordered was packed in a fractional three bags of chips and then roll wrapped in a plastic bag. The debris bag was unopened lighter than the bags of litter granules. Rating: 3 / 5

I liked the idea of the system and got one. But the cost of replacement balls and pads are astronomical compared to clumping litter I’ve used. It is simply too much money on products from cat litter.
