I bought this model on the fact that it came preinstalled with Windows based office suite. However, it is only a test version, which I did after an hour on the phone with Amazon and Toshiba. It is very misleading, because it is a product key that comes with the machine, but the site does not recognize, as soon as you logged in. Rating: 5.2

I have my Toshiba NB305 mini N410BN 10th 1-inch less than a month. I had a NB205 before running Windows XP. The NB305 runs Windows 7 starter. I am disappointed with my purchase. the computer is very slow, so slow that the horse still behind a fast pace, which is tapping into something so difficult. I have to take the time between the two, so the computer can tell me (I’m typing so slow to catch, in fact, type I with only two fingers). The problem is that Toshiba does not seem to think of the operating system Windows 7 before demanding market this product to the public. Sounds like another good Japanese Toyota Way parti.Le worse is that the customer service leaves you without a solution, they know it! I asked if I could convert Windows XP! The answer is that I’m on my own to support w / o any customer as soon as I load Windows XP.Il is really sad to pay more for the new product, and yet you know what they sold to you less efficient than their former produits.Je am totally disappointed and very likely again my Toshiba perhaps an Acer! I give this two stars in the first place on the battery life can get no more than seven hours. 20 min. I bought it because it has an increase of 11 hours of battery life reported. No matter which mode is better than the others he will do. Purchased about 2 Mos. before. For this reason, could not recommend the purchase. I do not know if I accidentally get a lemon, but I will not even come within 11 hours. Rating: 5.2
