Bottom Line: “The Truth about Human Resources Management is an easy and entertaining read that provides valuable information easily worth much more than what charge.Comme said another reviewer, 63 short chapters with truisms in 10 categories. Each double page (ish) section provides background information and description, and brief “rule” that encapsulates the concept. It’s great for the Kindle (in my case, iPhone), since there is no turning back. What is the sum of the pressure is missing , is a convenient summary of these rules to act as a summary and a reminder of what you read. This may be to your advantage if it motivates you a few minutes to complete and a copy of the book rules only. When you’re done are, you will have a long way to internalize this valuable information and improve how you interact with autres.Note: 5.5
