I am very happy with the ankle weights and service / dispatch of the Amazon. Product came in a few days with Free Shipping. The weights are as announced by the removal of weight adjustable. My only regret is that they are black and it is difficult to leave my name on them, about the gym. Rating: 5 / 5

They are heavy, unpleasant things that hard to set up. The Velcro straps make these ribs noise, and it is really difficult to make safe and comfortable on your ankle. I do not know how on the first day and at the end gives them away. Forget about this product. Rating: 1 / 5
