These ankle weights are the 2nd £ 5 per leg. No. 5 pounds per leg. I liked the use of the first week. After that, I’m used to them and is like wearing nothing at all. So I started wearing the ankle weights 10lb, the £ 5 per jambe.J I bought this because I wanted a little more add to my routine, but do not really have time to add. I can wear them all day and I hope it helps some. I run a lot, especially at work, so I thought that I myself a little more punch instead of doing nothing extra at all.
