A decent paring knife, a little worth on the fragile side but the discount. Rating: 2 / 5

I was very concerned about the Victorinox knife excited after reading all the rave reviews, but must say I’m pretty disappointed. This small paring knife is useless in reality. Both the handle and blade are very cheap and unconvincing. In addition, the required size – my fault, should be explored more, but thought it was a knife big traditional route. I would recommend to target and pick up knives, JA Henckels (the 2pc Santoku Fine Edge is set only $ 20 and completely worth it) – First, I unfortunately after losing money on these knives. . . I bought the paring knife after reading good reviews of chef knives and bought first. I now have three peeling, and 4 other models. These knives are undoubtedly the best value that you will find a knife. This knife is razor sharp from the first time you use it, some months later. It is one of the favorites because it is light and crisp. It remains high for a very long time. Do not ask me how they do it, but the knives are so sharp and just as good. If you try this vegetable knife, anything you want. What have you got to lose? It’s not like this knife cost and arm and a leg. Keep your members, you can buy this knife. Rating: 5 / 5

I love this knife, but the handle does not have as much weight. This is not a big complaint, but the thing is that if I could fix could. Rating: 4 / 5
