The book is well written with good descriptions of the fight, but I could feel that Sledge be able to avoid the front line fight against serious shooters had been overcome crossed. He always seemed behind the line of mortar shells lobbying, while other marine animals were immobilized on the front. I do not disrespectful, because I sure, there are cooks who have killed on the islands. Only one observation Rating: 5.3

This book was OK. There were several pieces of boring. It certainly was not the book with five stars, that all raved about. Band of Brothers was much better by far. I was disappointed in my expectation, it is difficult to land a book. Rating: 5.3
