I read other books by Geneen, but the all-tops. When I finished reading, I felt like receiving a gift. Geneen uses his usual brilliant style and humor to show us that this is not the food or choice of foods. It is a way of being in our bodies and how to do it “too.” The need for “solid” or other food, is really a hunger for love, acceptance and embrace what they feel – both positive and negative – just alive be. What we really need if we are going to stop breathing from our daily lives, and this terrible reality that can not be expressed in words are enough and will certainly not avoid overeating. This is the essence to discover what we really want to be slowed down in the body and the feeling reflective. I must say, when I enter the kitchen, I remember Geneen and his message. Thank you, Geneen. Women and men will keep this book and refer to when in need. Rating: 5 / 5

I, like many readers of this book, I read many books and food was on many diets in the last 40 years. I found myself in the pages of this book, so that the negative, to the shame of the things I did by following a scheme for many different species. I have always hoped that if I deprive myself sufficiently punished enough for me, hate me so it would be some way thin. Of course he never did. I enjoyed this review with the title of a book, because what I do with it. Once I had, I wanted to right through and swallow it all run (like you) with good food. Instead, I read it slowly, thinking of each chapter and every story. I enjoy the book and I hope I am learning, I enjoy my food in the same way. I extended the work – are fed up now 4 days and I’m not swallow me, so that the surface because each chapter is so valuable. I know it is to help those already, what I eat slower and eat less and enjoy what I eat. But I also like the many moments of “small” all day if I am there and aware and know exactly what I do, the colors, smells, the feeling of being. If you have a book for food with menus and schedules and lists of “no, this is not a” food not. It is rather a book to teach you what life is a feast, and enjoy how. Rating: 5 / 5

For the sake of “transparency”, I preempted this book for a company that I no longer work. I preempted (the book purchased without) in an auction, the book after his meeting with Geneen Roth for 30 minutes. Next year, we have a lot of the food chain and women of God. But I was not prepared for the manuscript has finally shipped. I read, but not touch, a word. It was perfect. Reading is like flying, and when we landed, one was stronger and clearer than ever before. With humor, common sense, the spiritual force and a huge heart, Geneen wrote his masterpiece than 30 years of research on emotional eating. She realized that the way you eat as you see the world – everything is there on the plate. And he concluded that women are often hungry for something that has nothing to do with nourriture.Ce book is so many people to help. Oprah loves it, as it should. You’ll love aussi.Je thank you, Gene! Rating: 5 / 5

“Women, Food, and God is most unusual, funny and insightful book about weight control than I’ve ever read. And I am no novice in this field. I began to run workshops for weight control, there are almost 40 years and produces and sells hundreds of audio programs as you reach your ideal weight and forme.J “has long argued that the focus of most eating disorders, an” empty heart / stomach empty model. Simply put, this means that every child with love born of a necessity to be. And that is not uncomfortable for readers, whether religious or not religious, they can change the style Profile of the author être.Le is fresh, witty and holds your attention, while transmission of his points interesting, and sometimes deep. In addition, she has done an outstanding job in helping us to listen to our bodies, change our eating habits and experience together with a greater inner peace and fulfillment. Nicely done, Geneen. Geneen Roth has written a brilliant book. It’s great because it goes straight to the heart of our conduct sabotage and gives us a concrete and lasting breakthrough “roadmap”. OK, confession time – it’s called Women, Food and God, and I am human and have no problems with my weight or eating, but it really helped me to my other demons. It’s funny, personal, and to the point. I like this book because it is a deep wisdom, and I recommend it to everybody – men, women, teenagers, everyone! Rating: 5 / 5
