There is a large carpet. My old mat not remain empty, rolled at the edges and anoyed my butt. I love this mat, which is where I say. That is my background. I had this rug for a few months. I practice them once or twice a week in classes Intermediate Advanced Vinyasa. The extra length is large and the thickness is perfect. It is just thick enough to protect my knees, but not so thick that it is possible with the balance pose.Jusqu ‘now seems to be sustainable, it is disturbing. I was looking for a new mat hot yoga practice, and I find it difficult to break in all. I bought it and some other brands and they are all Slippy. I tried washing with lemon juice, salt etc etc, always a towel yogito top of my mat. Value This carpet is beautiful and great cushioning and if I just stop the slide. . . UPDATE: I have a bag of powdered resin and other tricks to break into the carpet with the owners, without asking. I thought customer service. The result was less slippage. For it works well for hot vinyasa yoga, still need a towel, but not in time. . . Rating: 4 / 5
I practice yoga for over 4 years and I have a variety of lichens. This is definitely there as one of the best I have used! Big non-slip, is the focus of a great addition to any practice yogis.
